Angur Pulses
Soya Bean Available in 500g packs.
Soya Bean is a premium whole soybean often called the "wonder bean" or "golden grain" for one simple reason: it contains almost twice the protein of most other pulses, while providing a complete amino acid profile rarely seen in plant-based foods. The soybean, grown liberally throughout the heartland of India, is a staple of vegetarian diets, providing a level of protein density normally found in animal sources.
Soya Bean in dry form contains about 36–40g of protein in 100g, which is nearly twice the protein content of common Indian pulses and is one of the most efficient sources of plant-based protein. Its protein is complete and contains all the essential amino acids, including lysine, a nutrient that is often lacking in cereal-based diets. Soybean is also a useful source of dietary fibre, iron, magnesium, calcium and B-vitamins, including folate, riboflavin and thiamine, and of isoflavones, plant compounds associated with reduced cardiovascular risk and antioxidant protection, in addition to protein.
Since 1965, Angur has been bringing the finest toor dal from the fields of Gujarat to kitchens across the country, growing into a name trusted nationwide as "Guniyal Naari ni Ek Matra Pasand." Today, that same legacy of quality and genuine flavour lives on in every Angur product, from the very toor dal we started with to beans like Soya Bean.
Sourced from trusted Indian farms and processed through Angur's zero-human-touch mechanical system, Angur Soya Bean is packed with state-of-the-art moisture-locking technology that ensures the natural freshness, purity, and nutritional depth of every grain. A protein-dense, complete-amino-acid choice for vegetarian, vegan, and high-protein diets.
