Angur Toor Dal Oily is premium quality, oil-polished split pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) popularly known in North India as Arhar Dal, in Gujarat, Tuvar Dal, in Tamil Nadu, Thuvaram Paruppu, and in Kerala, Tuvara Parippu, which is the most widely accepted dal in Indian households. The careful sourcing of the grains is combined with careful mechanical polishing and delicate coating with a fine layer of food-grade oil, such that every grain is polished to its very best, retaining its natural richness, true flavour and healthy nutrition.
